Refund policy

In most cases, the rental process starts with a quote. This allows you to become familiar with our selection and prices. To reserve items from our inventory, we ask for a 50% deposit. Payment is due in full prior to the date of your reservation. Changes can be made to your reservation up to two weeks prior to your event date.
